Issuance of Passports

In order to apply for the passport, we need the following data:

Required Documents:

It is necessary for the client to bring the original documents to our office.

  • A 2x2 PHOTO
  • PASSPORT EXPIRED (OR TO BE EXPIRED)
  • A DOCUMENT FROM BRAZIL WITH PHOTO: RG, CNH (IF IT IS VALID), WORK CARD OR CLASS BODY (AS OAB, CRM, CRC, CRA...)
  • BIRTH OR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (IF THE ID IS OLD)
  • CERTIFICATE OF ELECTORAL DISCHARGE ISSUED AFTER THE 2018 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS
  • CERTIFICATE OF MILITARY ENROLLMENT (RESERVE) FOR MEN FROM 18 TO 45 YEARS
  • PROOF OF RESIDENCE

Note: in case the passport has been lost, stolen, damaged or lost and cannot be presented to the Consulate, we can fill in a specific form and present only the other Brazilian documents, this way the new passport is issued, but with reduced validity.

    • MINOR'S ID (IF ANY)
    • CPF OF THE MINOR (IF ANY)
    • 01 DOCUMENT WITH PHOTO OF THE FATHER + 01 OF THE MOTHER: RG, PASSPORT, CNH (IF VALID)
    • PREVIOUS PASSPORT EXPIRED (in case of renewal)
    • PARENTAL ADDRESS PROOF
